There are new multiplayer modes, Escalation Slayer and a Bandit-only version of Tactical Slayer a new semi-auto rifle new maps for Arena and Big Team Battle modes a new piece of deployable equipment that releases a sphere of holographic smoke (seems to me like a hologram or smoke would have done the trick by, but hey, have both) loads of cosmetics, some contained within a 100-tier battle pass and a handful of bug fixes and balance changes.
Looking into the near future, 343 Industries ' shooter is adding more exciting content and the developer have surprised the Halo community last night, revealing the first gameplay footage of the new BTB map Oasis, coatings and more coming in Season 3.
It should be noted that season 3, titled Echoes Within, features much more besides. After a rough launch, Halo Infinite seems to be heading in the right direction thanks to the last couple of updates. Remember, trace rays at your own risk, and potentially under parental supervision. The Winter Update launches in lieu of Halo Infinite Season 3, once set for November 8, but is now slated to arrive on March 7, 2023.
